NEWS FROM WHF

Folks from Sacramento to Nevada City gathered on October 5th for a fantastic evening of games and great food at WHF’s Trivia Night – all while raising money to get more kids outdoors to learn and play in nature.

Special thanks to our longtime supporters and many new friends who all joined in the riotous fun and gave generously for the kids, and to the many volunteers and WHF staff who made the evening possible.

WHAT A NIGHT!

Over 125 guests sampled local foods, wine and beer, and competed in trivia and other games with friends. Our friends at Boutin Jones grabbed the glory and prizes for each team member!

Scrumptious desserts were auctioned, and more than a dozen packages were raffled from travel packages to outdoor birding kits. The event was held at the Blue Goose in Loomis.

The event was a great success in bringing together a community of friends dedicated to fun, good food, and raising money to connect kids to the outdoors.
