Roopak Bhatt
Stewardship Technician
Roopak Bhatt joined Wildlife Heritage Foundation in the Fall of 2022. Originally from Los Angeles, he attended UCLA and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in General Biology in 2012. Since graduation, Roopak has worked several wildlife jobs that have allowed him to explore his interests in ornithology, conservation, and wildlife biology. He has worked for federal (USFWS and USGS), university (UCLA and OSU), and private entities, and this has allowed him to live/work in different parts of California, Oregon, Washington, and even Costa Rica. He is excited to be a part of WHF and is committed to the goal of protecting wildlife and open space habitat. When he isn’t working, you can find him birdwatching, hosting board game nights, or playing basketball.
