Treasurer
Cassandra Killingsworth brings a passion for both agriculture and environmental conservation to the Wildlife Heritage Foundation Board of Directors. Growing up in a rural community fostered her deep appreciation for the natural world, a value she now instills in young people as an agriculture instructor at Lincoln High School.
Cassandra teaches Sustainable Agriculture Biology classes, utilizing the school’s 405-acre farm as a living laboratory. She actively involves her students in sharing their knowledge by leading farm tours for elementary students and assisting with the Wildlife Heritage Foundation’s environmental education programs. As an FFA advisor, Cassandra is dedicated to developing leadership skills in her students. She also generously volunteers her time to teach 6th graders about the school farm’s unique ecosystem during the annual Outdoor Learning Environment program. Furthermore, she plays a key role in coordinating the high school’s Outdoor Education program, which offers students enriching experiences in diverse natural habitats.
Cassandra’s commitment to both agriculture and the environment shines through in her work as an educator and her service to the Wildlife Heritage Foundation. She believes in empowering future generations to become stewards of the land.
Cassandra holds a BS in Animal Science and a teaching credential in Agricultural Education from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
