Education Coordinator

Veronica Griffiths is our new Education Coordinator at Wildlife Heritage Foundation. She is a graduate of UC Davis with a BS in Wildlife and Fisheries Conservation Biology. She holds a California Multiple Subject teaching credential from St. Mary’s College, Moraga. Veronica’s professional experience includes over 12 years in Zoo Conservation having worked at the Sacramento Zoo and the Oakland Zoo. As a zoo educator she was involved with a variety of conservation and education programming from on-site public talks to overnights at the zoo to trekking through the Amazon Rainforest with teens. She is passionate about the beautiful outdoors and all that encompasses it. Veronica enjoys spending her spare time traveling, being in the outdoors with her family, 3 dogs and in her backyard garden.
