Conservation Investment Program

The goals of our Conservation Investment Program are to create and manage funds for short-term improvements and endowments for long-term maintenance and monitoring of habitat properties. Achieving these goals is accomplished by focusing on the following program priorities:

• Producing accurate budgets for land management and monitoring
• Creating and managing endowments for land management
• Managing habitat funds resulting from court-ordered settlements
• Managing funds from mitigation banks
• Postconstruction-monitoring fund management, implementation
